For more than 20 years Adam has been a church pastor in his beloved New York City, while also finding time to speak in churches and conferences around the globe.
He currently serves as Executive Director of LEAD.NYC, which trains and equips NYC-area pastors, marketplace, and ministry leaders. His city roots run deep. In 1996 Adam began Youth Explosion, which cultivated the musical aspirations of Brooklyn and Queens’ youth, focusing their energy and bringing about a substantial drop in neighborhood crime rates. A powerful thread runs through all of Adam’s work—a calling to connect with and have a powerful impact on people at all levels of society, especially youth, through various ministries and platforms, including social media.
