Pastor Foster pastors and preaches at Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood, CA, where he serves as assistant pastor to Bishop Kenneth Ulmer.
He is an adjunct professor at Biola University and is pursuing his Doctor of Ministry at Biola’s Talbot School of Theology. Born and raised in England, he moved to Florida and later to California, where he lives with his wife Karmen and their two children.
