He has worked in the professional development area for more than 20 years, developing and teaching programs that focus on leadership skills, accountability, strategy, execution and team building. Dale has developed leaders in churches and businesses throughout the United States.

Dale is the co-owner of four award-winning Paul Mitchell School franchises in Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky, averaging more than 200 students per location. Previously, he served in senior leadership positions at United Health Care and GE Clinical Services, Inc.

In 2005, Dale left a successful corporate career to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship with the goal of marrying his proven ability in leadership with his call to pastoral ministry. He is a John Maxwell Leadership Coach, a capacity in which he coaches pastors and business leaders to become more effective leaders. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Church, International, a rapidly growing non-denominational church in Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA and Uganda.

Dale is married to Kimberlyn Jones and is the father of two children, Dale, Jr. and Whitney.
