David French, a columnist for The Dispatch, is a retired Major from the US Army. A graduate of Lipscomb University and Harvard Law School, he is the author of  “Divided We Fall: America’s Succession Threat and How to Restore Our Nation.” David French will present his recent article, “Supreme Court Precedent Killed Breonna Taylor: And It Will Kill Again.”  We will discuss with David the facts and themes raised in his article — as well as practical solutions that would ensure that such catastrophes do not happen again.
